Job summary

The role requires coordinating with Asset Management, Operations, Supply, and Project/Contract Management to optimize resources, ensure on‑time delivery of work packages and maintain reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent.
• 9–12 years of relevant experience; alternative 7–9 years with strong leadership.
• Proven leadership ability in a high‑performance culture.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, manage performance and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, plan and execute regional maintenance tasks and capital projects.
• Develop and monitor regional budgets and work plans (O&M and capital).
• Implement and monitor Work Management processes and performance measures.
• Coordinate resources, drive efficiency and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Interface with senior leadership and multiple departments to align priorities.
