Job summary

Exelon is seeking a seasoned regional planner and maintenance leader to prioritize, schedule and execute regional corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance tasks, capital projects, and tests across multiple work disciplines.

You will manage budgeting for regional electric and gas operations, forecast and re-forecast, and report performance to the regional operations lead, ensuring alignment with O&M and capital targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7–10 years of industry experience.
• Proven leadership ability in a high‑performance culture.
• Proven performance management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
• Working knowledge of Passport and Project View Applications.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, plan and execute maintenance tasks, projects, switching evolutions and tests across disciplines.
• Develop regional business plan and budget; forecast, re-forecast and monitor regional budget.
• Implement and monitor Work Management processes across Exelon Energy Delivery.
• Drive resource sharing and interface with other departments to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Lead regional work control team and promote a learning, high‑performance culture.
