Job summary

PECO Energy Company (Exelon) is seeking a Work Management professional to schedule, coordinate and execute maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines in the BGE/ComEd/PECO/PHI network. The role emphasizes safe resource utilization and meeting performance goals.

The candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure adherence to Work Management policies, and manage emergent work during storms, with a strong emphasis on planning, communication and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant utility field or equivalent utility business experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work with all management levels.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and scheduling/forecasting tools.
• Willingness to travel across service territory as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare and execute new business, maintenance, and projects within designated discipline.
• Lead and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams; optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor Work Management policies and ensure adherence across operations.
• Support scheduling alignment with financial, customer, reliability and safety goals.
• Interact with other departments to address process and procedural issues.
• Drive regional backlog management and balance preventative, corrective and elective work.
• Provide leadership to WM Programs management and develop the team.
