You will translate long-range plans into actionable tasks, align work with business goals, and coordinate with field forces and contractors.
The role requires strong scheduling, planning, and communication skills, with willingness to work extended hours for storms or emergencies and travel within service territory as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant utility experience, or 6-9 years without degree.
- Proficiency with PC and mainframe scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, projects and tests.
- Ensure work plan aligns with financial, reliability and safety goals.
- Lead or support compliance with external agencies and internal policies.
- Coordinate with management to optimize resources and timelines.
- Monitor performance measures and ensure adherence to schedules.
