Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior regional maintenance leader in Illinois to plan, schedule and execute maintenance and capital projects across multiple work disciplines. You will forecast and monitor regional budgets, develop performance reports and drive standardized Work Management processes.

You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safety, reliability and financial goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven leadership ability in a high-performance culture.
• Proven high level management skills in coaching and facilitating business competency.
• Proven performance management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies including technology and performance.
• Demonstrated business acumen, customer awareness and ability to create value.
• Working knowledge of Passport and Project View Applications.
• Extensive knowledge of utility operations.
• Experience in working with contract vendors
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of utility industry financial strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results, build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change within a matrixed organization.
• In lieu of degree, 9-12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, plan, coordinate and execute regional maintenance tasks, projects and tests.
• Implement and monitor Work Management policies, programs and processes.
• Develop and communicate regional budget and work plan performance reports.
• Develop and implement measures, controls, and procedures for Work Management consistency.
• Coordinate resource sharing across departments and manage process issues.
• Lead a learning organization and a high-performance culture within the regional team.
• Provide direction and maintain authority over regional work planning to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
