Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for our Houston, TX site to organize and coordinate maintenance activities. You will use CMMS to plan tasks, balance workload, and ensure data integrity across asset records.

The role requires experience with planning hourly labor, strong communication, and advanced computer skills, plus a preference for an engineering/management background. This is an on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further degree preferred.
• Experience planning and scheduling hourly workers using CMMS.
• Strong communication skills and advanced computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and assign maintenance activities for a team using CMMS.
• Optimize maintenance workload and align with labor availability.
• Adhere to CMMS standards and data integrity requirements.
• Manage asset maintenance parts ordering (MRO) and PM auto-ordering.
• Collaborate with operations to improve maintenance programs.
• Audit data to ensure maintenance records comply with standards.
• Track asset information, spare parts, documentation and labor.
