Job summary

Tolmar Inc. in Colorado is hiring a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to plan, schedule and coordinate facility, production maintenance and calibration activities in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

You will use CMMS, Excel and MS Project to build executable maintenance schedules, maintain work orders and support documentation. You will collaborate with maintenance, facilities, calibration teams and external contractors to minimize downtime, optimize equipment availability and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Three+ years in maintenance planning in regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with automated PM scheduling, work orders, calibration software (Maximo preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance, calibration, and shutdown activities.
• Coordinate work orders with teams and internal customers.
• Optimize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain CMMS data, generate reports, and track metrics.
• Support continuous CMMS process improvements.
