Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate facilities, production maintenance, and calibration across Colorado sites. You will build executable maintenance schedules using CMMS, Excel, and MS Project, maintain data accuracy, support compliance-ready documentation, and improve equipment availability while minimizing production impact.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or equivalent required.
3+ years experience with facilities and/or production maintenance in a regulated environment preferred.
Experience utilizing an automated PM scheduling, work order, spare parts, and calibration software (Maximo preferred).
CMMS knowledge (Blue Mountain, Maximo, etc.) is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance scheduling across Colorado facilities and production teams.
Optimize equipment downtime and production schedule impact.
Manage CMMS work orders and backlog; ensure accurate data.
Provide reports on maintenance metrics and compliance documentation.
Coordinate calibration scheduling to ensure equipment compliance.
