Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in maintenance planning.
• Experience in Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device/Healthcare with cGMPs.
• Familiar with CMMS systems; MAXIMO preferred.
• Knowledge of work management processes and labor estimating.
• Understanding of OSHA safety practices.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• PO system and requisition procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule resources and materials for maintenance activities.
• Develop detail work scope and setup forecasts for resource allocation.
• Oversee work order activity compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Improve productivity by planning and coordinating labor, parts, tools, and permits.
• Compile and maintain master PM schedule to meet dates.
• Coordinate between maintenance groups and facility supervisors/managers.
