Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus a technical certificate.
• 6–8 years of relevant maintenance planning experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance tasks with a focus on reliability.
• Organize information and parts for maintenance work.
• Diagnose issues by observing equipment and using measuring tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete work orders promptly.
• Control spare parts ordering and inventory.
• Develop or refine preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Follow plant safety policies and Lean programs.
