The ideal candidate has a mechanical background, strong reading of technical drawings, and excellent communication skills. You will work within Lean and Operational Excellence programs, adhering to safety policies and supporting plant-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a technical certificate with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrates ability to read blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and machine drawings; sketch or alter drawings as needed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates corrective, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance activities.
• Organizes information and parts required for maintenance work (diagrams, manuals, instructions).
• Locates problems by observing equipment, listening for issues, and using testing instruments.
• Collaborates with maintenance team to ensure timely work orders and operational machinery.
• Controls and optimizes spare parts sourcing, stocking, and inventory.
