Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to improve plant productivity by planning and scheduling maintenance in a high-volume facility. You will coordinate with operations, manage work orders, and develop plans that specify scope, resources, and timelines.

Requirements include 3+ years in maintenance planning, a mechanical/electrical background, and experience with SAP Plant Maintenance. This role is on-site at a manufacturing site and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance is preferred.
• Mechanical or electrical background is recommended.
• Ability to estimate labor hours, materials, and plan job steps.

Responsibilities

• Plan future maintenance work to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
• Review and screen work orders for necessity and completeness.
• Develop work plans with scope and required resources.
• Estimate jobs with steps, trades, and labor hours.
• Identify and obtain materials and enter needs on work orders.
• Maintain backlog and schedule adherence in priority order.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and distribute meaningful control reports.
• Ensure GMP and safety policies are followed.
