Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent plus a technical certificate with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and machine drawings; skilled at sketching or editing drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance activities with a focus on reliability and productivity.
• Obtains and organizes diagrams, manuals, and instructions for work.
• Locates problems by observing equipment, listening for issues, and diagnosing with testing devices.
• Collaborates with maintenance team to ensure timely work orders and operability.
• Controls and optimizes parts ordering, stocking, and inventory.
• Develops or refines preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Supervises junior maintenance staff and adheres to safety policies.
• Participates in plant safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean programs.
