Conagra Brands is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in our Illinois manufacturing facility. You will manage work order priorities, analyze equipment reliability, and liaise between Production, Engineering, and external partners to keep planned work on schedule.

You will support SAP Plant Maintenance activities, maintain asset lists, and drive backlog prioritization while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of equipment, parts, and maintenance processes.
• Experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated collaboration, time management, and flexibility in a team-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Review and process maintenance notifications and manage work order priorities.
• Plan all work order details including safety requirements, quality considerations, labor needs, parts, and documentation.
• Maintain SAP functional location structure and equipment lists.
• Create and maintain preventive maintenance task lists and plans in SAP.
• Manage maintenance backlog and prioritize effectively.
• Coordinate site inspections and plan with technical resources.
• Coordinate contractor services for planned maintenance activities.
• Communicate high-priority work orders and planned downtime to teams.
• Track and analyze work management metrics and suggest improvements.
• Participate in daily direction setting and cross-functional reviews.
