Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Planner to create and manage detailed production and material plans that align with demand, capacity, labor, and material availability. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize schedules, reduce downtime, and ensure consistent plan execution across manufacturing sites.

The role requires SAP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in production planning, material planning, or related field.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production and material plans with detailed schedules aligning with demand and capacity.
• Optimize production schedules to reduce downtime and costs while maintaining service levels.
• Convert, release, and manage production and material orders in SAP.
• Coordinate material availability through suppliers and internal logistics.
• Monitor risks and adjust plans to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations Planning, MRP, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and suppliers.
