Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1+ years of production planning, material planning, or related experience.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production and material plans with detailed schedules aligning with capacity, labor and demand.
• Optimize production schedules and material flow to reduce downtime and costs.
• Convert, release, and manage production and material orders in SAP and adjust plans as conditions change.
• Coordinate material availability through supplier deliveries, inventory movements, and internal logistics.
• Monitor risks like shortages and delays; adjust plans to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations Planning, MRP, Operations, Logistics, and Procurement to resolve constraints.
• Communicate schedule changes and performance updates to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to boost efficiency and service.
• Identify master data or system issues impacting plan execution, including lead times and lot sizes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards.
