Job summary

Conagra Brands in Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our manufacturing team to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for safe, reliable operations. You will manage work order priorities and liaise with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and external partners to keep planned work on track.

This 1st shift role runs 7:00am–3:30pm with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Review and process maintenance notifications and priorities.
• Plan all work order details including safety, quality, labor, parts.
• Maintain SAP functional location structure and equipment list.
• Create and maintain PM task lists and plans in SAP.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and coordinate contractor services.
• Track metrics and drive maintenance improvements.
