Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Oklahoma City to oversee asset management and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. You will manage work orders, analyze data, and support system users while coordinating with the facilities and client teams.

The role emphasizes a safety-first culture, collaboration with the EAM Analyst, and improvements to maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software and asset management practices.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serve as liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures, and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, planning, updating, and resolution.
• Analyze parts/assets data and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support to the facilities team.
• Foster positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
