You will collaborate with the facilities team and CBRE client operations to ensure reliable, safe, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; act as liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM stakeholders to implement standard object coding, preventive maintenance, and scheduling.
