Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is hiring a Regional Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software in the Myrtle Beach region. You will coordinate with the facilities team and Client Operations to ensure safe, efficient maintenance and accurate work orders.

The role requires 3+ years in planning and scheduling, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with enterprise software and MS

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; liaison for system problems.
• Work with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, PM procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, planning, updating, and resolution.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend enhancements and changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
