Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

You will maintain inventory, train end users, and collaborate with the EAM team to implement standard coding and preventive maintenance. You will manage work orders and analyze data to drive improvements, reporting metrics to management and supporting facilities team.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management and maintenance planning.
• Familiarity with EAM systems and processes.
• Ability to analyze parts/assets data for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and admins; liaison for system issues.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding and preventive maintenance.
• Manage work orders for creation, updates, and resolution.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and recommend software/process improvements.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for facilities team.
• Build positive relationships with Client and Operations teams.
• Promote safe working environment by following safety procedures.

About the Role

Responsible for overall asset management, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis;
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serves as liaison for system problems.
• Work with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving work orders.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to the management team.
• Provide support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
