CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner in California to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management software. Join a team focused on reliability, safety, and client service.

You will manage work orders, provide end-user software training, collaborate with the EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding, PM procedures, and scheduling, and publish facilities metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
• Ability to train end users and administrators on software tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serve as liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with the EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, PM procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to the management team.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
