Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. The role includes coordination with the facilities team and stakeholders across CBRE client operations.

You will maintain parts inventory, manage work orders, train end users, and analyze data to improve processes. A strong focus on safety and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with financial terms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and audit regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and admins; liaison for system problems.
• Work with EAM to implement standard coding, PM procedures, scheduling.
• Manage work orders for creation, updating and resolution.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software/process improvements.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for facilities team.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote safe working environment by following safety procedures.
