Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Planner to manage asset lifecycle, planning, training, and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

This role supports CBRE Global Workplace Solutions for a major client, emphasizing a safety-first culture and strong cross-team collaboration. You’ll oversee work orders, data analysis, and system improvements while coordinating with the Facilities team to ensure reliable operations and safe, compliant facilities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related planning, scheduling, and auditing experience.
• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and audits.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate to implement standard coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders for accurate creation, updating and resolution.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Foster positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
