Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using EAM software. You will manage work orders, analyze parts and assets, and support the facilities team to ensure safety and reliability.

You will collaborate with the EAM Business Analyst, implement standard procedures, and promote safe operations while maintaining strong relationships with client and operations teams across CBRE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning, scheduling and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; liaison for system problems.
• Work with EAM Analyst to implement standard coding schemes, PM procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders for accurate creation, updating and resolution.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
