You will oversee Area Maintenance Managers, drive safety, cost control, and continuous improvement while coordinating with operations and external contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong leadership, CMMS proficiency, and experience managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis and CI experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage department budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures across all operational sites while partnering with site Safety leadership to implement and audit safety programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, facilitate cross-functional project planning, perform cost analysis, and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and provide guidance across multiple sites.
