Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Senior MAC Project Manager to lead complex moves, relocations and space-change projects. You will plan, coordinate vendors, control costs and ensure occupancy data is accurate, driving safe, efficient and high-quality workplace transitions.

In this role you will mentor teams, deliver detailed documentation, and maintain strong client partnerships, while managing budgets and schedules across multiple workstreams for large-scale workplace projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Moves, Adds & Changes or related facilities projects.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out, space planning, power and data coordination, and occupancy management.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors, budgets, schedules and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Essential working knowledge of the WebCore Occupancy Management System.
• Strong commercial awareness, including cost control, vendor quotations, purchase orders and invoice validation.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAC project delivery including moves and changes up to $100,000.
• Coordinate multiple projects with schedules and milestones.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate status, risks and decisions.
• Produce project documentation including floor plans and move packs.
• Coordinate permits, RAMS and e-permits.
• Oversee contractor activity and ensure safety.
• Maintain occupancy data and reporting with WebCore.
• Develop client partnerships and manage vendor proposals and approvals.
• Manage budgets and invoices with finance.
