Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Move & Furniture Logistics Coordinator to lead day-to-day furniture movement, delivery and installation across offices and sites. You will independently manage small-scale projects and support larger initiatives with Facilities, Vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in logistics or moves coordination, strong organization, and proficiency with productivity tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, facilities operations, moves coordination, or similar.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with detailed documentation and trackers.
• Proficient with common productivity tools (spreadsheets, ticketing systems, email).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries, moves, and installations.
• Schedule on-site deliveries, removals, replacements, staging, and crews.
• Confirm site readiness and access arrangements.
• Vendor management and on-site delivery oversight.
• Inventory tracking, quotes, invoicing, and documentation.
• Provide proactive status updates to team and client.
• Support daily moves and project-based furniture logistics.
