Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Move & Furniture Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day furniture movement across offices and project sites. The coordinator independently handles small-scale moves and supports larger projects led by the Associate Planner.

You will coordinate deliveries, scheduling, site readiness, vendors, and inventory tracking to ensure timely, accurate installations and clear communication with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, facilities operations, furniture installation coordination, moves/adds/changes, or similar operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills: ability to manage trackers, schedules, and detailed documentation.
• Proficient with common productivity tools (spreadsheets, ticketing systems, email/chat).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries, moves, and installations.
• Schedules on-site deliveries, removals, replacements, staging, and installation crews.
• Confirm site readiness (access, loading dock reservations, elevators, security/badging, after-hours access).
• Vendor management and on-site delivery oversight for tasks and projects.
• Inventory and asset control; maintain trackers and delivery documentation.
