Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Move Manager to support workplace relocation activities for a large client account in West Point, PA. The role focuses on move execution, space readiness, and project-related relocations within the Moves, Additions & Changes (MAC) function.

You will liaise with clients, facilities teams, laboratories, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient relocations, with post-move support to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating workplace moves, relocations, facilities projects, MAC programs, or workplace services activities.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
• Experience supporting laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, research, or regulated environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of move management, occupancy planning, and vendor coordination practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly employee and departmental move activities.
• Validate occupancy requirements, furniture placement, infrastructure needs, and move schedules prior to execution.
• Assist planning and execution of project-related relocations including office, laboratory, and operations moves.
• Coordinate cleanout and turnover of vacated spaces after moves.
• Assist decommissioning and decontamination activities for laboratory relocations.
• Coordinate chemical and specialized laboratory moves per EHS requirements and client procedures.
• Partner with stakeholders, laboratory operations, facilities teams, and vendors to ensure move success.
• Provide post-move hyper-care support to address employee concerns and ensure business continuity.
• Track move schedules, milestones, and deliverables to complete activities on time.
• Maintain move documentation, occupancy records, and reporting metrics.
• Identify risks and elevate issues when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting workplace and project objectives.
