Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions.
• 8+ years of transaction advisory experience in various industries.
• Willingness to travel and work additional hours as needed.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple projects in a team.
• Action-oriented, decisive approach to work to meet deliverables on time.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify earnings quality across industries.
• Coordinate with team and client management on deliverables and deadlines.
• Write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to clients.
• Coach and mentor staff on engagement execution.
