Job summary

CohnReznick in San Francisco is seeking an Advisory Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence within our Transaction Advisory Services group. You will analyze historical financial statements, assess earnings quality, and coordinate with clients and teams to ensure timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, strong US GAAP knowledge, 5+ years in audit or transaction advisory, and excellent communication and project management skills, with willingness to travel as needed in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions.
• 5+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience across industries.
• Ability to travel to clients as required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify earnings trends across industries.
• Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations and deliverables.
• Write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
