Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Manager for our Transaction Advisory Services in Dallas. The role focuses on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, evaluating financial statements, and identifying earnings trends across industries.

You will coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of engagements. The ideal candidate has a CPA and 5+ years in audit or transaction advisory, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience in GAAP/SEC reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions.
• 5+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience in various industries.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from both private equity and strategic buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify earnings trends across industries.
• Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare and present engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
