Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of advisory experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and CPA or equivalent certifications. This position offers travel and a flexible hybrid work arrangement in the LA area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA and other professional certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and M&A.
• 8+ years of transaction advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate trends to identify sustainable earnings across multiple industries.
• Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare and present engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
• Coach and mentor staff and manage multiple projects in a team setting.
