CohnReznick is seeking an Advisory Manager in Los Angeles to support the rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services group. You will engage in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, interact with clients and teams across levels, and deliver reports to management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting/finance or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA or other professional certifications preferred.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC reporting, and M&A/transaction advisory.
• 5+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience across industries.
• Ability to work extra hours and travel to clients as needed.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and root cause determination skills.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Solid project management and ability to handle multiple projects in a team.

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for PE and strategic buyers.
• Coordinate with team and management on client expectations, deliverables and deadlines.
• Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
