Snap Finance is seeking a driven Manager, Corporate Development to lead evaluation of M&A and strategic investments. You will own financial analysis from screening through valuation and deal execution in a dynamic consumer fintech environment.

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, you will build models, manage diligence workstreams, and craft executive materials to guide leadership on capital deployment across LTO, loans, and credit lines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years in investment banking, consulting or strategic finance roles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including DCF, comps and precedent transactions.
• Strong command of financial statements and accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leadership.
• High attention to detail; capable of managing multiple workstreams.
• Curious, humble and collaborative; solves complex problems.
• Experience in consumer finance, fintech or debt markets is a plus; familiarity with Capital IQ, PitchBook, NetSuite, or Adaptive is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial analysis of M&A, minority investments, asset acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain valuation models and conduct stand-alone and pro forma forecasts under multiple scenarios.
• Lead financial due diligence workstreams, data room analyses, and earnings quality review.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Risk, and Product to keep diligence on schedule.
• Prepare investment committee materials with deal thesis, valuation, risks, and recommendations.
