Snap Finance is seeking a driven Manager, Corporate Development to lead M&A evaluation, valuation, and diligence. You’ll build models, coordinate cross-functional due diligence, and prepare senior leadership materials to guide capital deployment.

You will work closely with Legal, Treasury, and Product teams, contributing to deal execution and integration planning in a dynamic consumer fintech environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills including DCF and comparables.
• Strong command of financial statements and ability to assess quality of earnings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial analysis of M&A, minority investments, asset acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Coordinate due diligence and data room analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare materials for investment committee and board with clear deal thesis and risks.
