Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a driven Manager, Corporate Development to own the financial analysis behind M&A and strategic investments in a consumer fintech setting. You’ll build models, manage diligence workstreams, and craft executive materials to guide capital deployment decisions.

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, you will collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, and outside advisors to deliver rigorous analyses and actionable insights for leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance roles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling, including DCF and comps.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis of M&A, minority investments, asset acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain valuation models including DCF, comps, and precedent transactions.
• Coordinate diligence workstreams and data room analyses across teams.
• Prepare investment committee materials with valuation, risks, and recommendations.
• Track deal timelines and elevate risks early.
