Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Corporate Development team seeks a Manager to drive M&A deal execution, due diligence, valuation analyses, and post-close integration planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to evaluate opportunities and structure transactions.

The role requires deep analytical ability, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex financial analyses in fast-moving environments. Relocation to Columbus, OH is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration/separation planning.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance and Treasury to structure transactions.
• Support communications with Cardinal Health leadership and obtain corporate approvals.
• Develop business cases and assess market conditions for each acquisition.
