Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager in Corporate Development to lead M&A deal execution, due diligence, and deal structuring. You will work with external stakeholders and internal teams to evaluate and execute strategic transactions, including integration and separation planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence, valuation, and closing processes.
• Develop business cases for acquisitions with competitive market assessment.
• Create financial models and ROI analyses for potential transactions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance and Treasury to structure transactions.
• Support communications with Cardinal Health leadership and obtain corporate approvals.
• Coordinate integration and separation planning post-deal.
