Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager in Corporate Development focused on Mergers and Acquisitions deal execution. You will work with business, finance, and strategy teams to build the business case for acquisitions and manage due diligence, modeling, and deal structuring.

Responsibilities include leading diligence, financial analysis, integration planning, and regulatory/compliance coordination, with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling and valuation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence, valuation, and closing processes.
• Develop business cases and strategic rationale for deals with cross-functional teams.
• Support integration/separation planning and governance throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, accounting, and treasury to structure transactions.
