Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions.

• Strategic mindset with ability to identify and assess opportunities.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for interaction with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence, valuation, and post-close planning.
• Develop business cases for acquisitions with detailed market assessments.
• Create detailed financial models and ROI analyses.
• Structure transactions with Legal, Tax, Accounting and Treasury teams.
• Support communications with senior Cardinal Health leadership and approvals.
• Coordinate integration and separation planning with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in development of transition services agreements.
• Ensure governance and compliance throughout the M&A process.
