Job summary

Adobe is seeking an M&A IT & Business System Integration Manager to lead IT integrations for mergers and acquisitions, partnering with GTM, Sales, Product, Finance, and Corporate Development to align priorities, budgets, deal closures, and timelines.

You will drive end-to-end integration execution across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, identity management, and data environments, establishing KPI metrics and governance reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experienced Professional with a minimum of 6 years of consulting experience or relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success in Global M&A and large-scale M&A IT integrations.
• Strong background in information technology, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cloud platforms, and familiarity with enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new M&A transactions across all phases of the lifecycle, including due-diligence, pre-close, and post-merger integration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integration activities, ensure accountability, and remove roadblocks.
• Define integration-related KPIs to measure value drivers and drive synergies.
• Develop executive communications, steering committee updates, and integration governance reporting.
