Job summary

You will partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to drive pre- and post-merger integration, align plans with deal rationale, and accelerate value realization. You will manage governance, timelines, budgets, and metrics while coaching teams to execute the integration roadmap.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years M&A integration experience in the industry or in consulting.
• Experience in SaaS environment; digital/consumer internet/digital advertising knowledge desirable.
• Knowledge of end-to-end corporate development activities.
• Experience in pre and post-acquisition integration activities in tech companies.
• Exceptional program management skills in sophisticated/ambiguous environments.
• High level of operational focus, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expert in M&A tools, data rooms, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Expert in using AI tools for M&A integration.
• Ability to establish rapport and drive accountability across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-close support to the acquisitions team.
• Lead diligence to evaluate issues and develop post-close plans.
• Partner with executives to craft integration strategies aligned with deal rationale.
• Drive timely, objective decision-making to sustain integration pace.
• Document integration plans with activities, timelines, resources and costs.
• Develop and track financial measures and leading indicators during integration.
• Present updates to senior leadership and resolve critical issues.
• Build cross-functional teams and empower them to execute the roadmap.
• Own integration governance and progress reporting.
