Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in global M&A and large-scale integrations.
• Strong finance acumen across accounting, revenue, treasury, FP&A, tax, and payroll.
• Experience with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integrations from pre-close planning to post-merger execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure accountability and remove roadblocks.
• Align operating model and org structure for each deal to drive efficiency.
• Develop KPIs to measure integration value drivers.
• Drive integration plans and proactive issue resolution.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
