Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Employee Experience M&A team to own end-to-end EX change management and culture integration across deals. You will design plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive timely execution while building scalable playbooks.

The role emphasizes onboarding, leadership enablement, and executive communications. You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, HRBPs, Finance, and other leaders to ensure EX initiatives align with deal milestones

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR with M&A integration exposure across deal phases.
• Hands-on design and delivery of change management or culture-integration programs in deals.
• Strong data proficiency with census/workforce data and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
• Experience designing onboarding programs and leadership onboarding post-close.
• Ability to design and act on employee pulse surveys during organizational change.
• Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and alignment in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to present clear, executive-level insights distilling complex integration work.
• Ability to partner with communications to align messaging and action.
• Strong program management fundamentals with independent ownership of timelines and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and bridge cultural gaps between Adobe and targets.
• Facilitate onboarding and enablement for leaders and teams.
• Design and act on employee pulse surveys during transformation.
