Job summary

Adobe seeks a Director, Employee Experience M&A to lead the end-to-end people strategy for transactions from diligence through close and post-close integration, operating independently and serving as the people lead on assigned deals.

The role requires broad HR expertise, commercial insight, and judgment to navigate complex, global environments, advising senior leaders and shaping the EX integration approach across organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, organizational strategy, or related field.
• Expertise across the full M&A deal lifecycle, with a track record of leading deals end-to-end.
• Broad HR knowledge: change management, culture, onboarding, workforce planning, HR operations.
• Strong ability to influence senior partners and lead cross-functional work without direct authority.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and change-leadership skills with executive advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full people lifecycle for assigned deals, including diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution.
• Translate deal rationale and value drivers into a concrete, measurable EX integration strategy and plan.
• Provide early voice on people-integration risks, costs, and complexity during diligence.
• Define and drive integration priorities, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams across all phases.
