Adobe Inc. is seeking a Director of M&A Finance to drive strategy, timing and orchestration of integration motions within the CAO organization.

You will partner with Finance, Corporate Development, GTM, IT and other stakeholders to maximize business value through standardized frameworks and repeatable integration playbooks. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 10 years of Global M&A and large-scale integrations experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of new M&A transactions and integration workstreams (R2R, P2P, Q2C).
• Head cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Align operating model, integration approach and organizational structure for each deal.
• Develop and maintain integration KPIs to measure value drivers.
• Drive integration plans, coordinate teams, and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices across workstreams.
