Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Employee Experience (EX) change management and culture integration for M&A activity in California. You will design plans, coordinate cross-functionally, and drive execution to meet timelines and quality standards, enabling acquired teams to integrate smoothly.

You will partner with executives to align integration plans with organizational design, culture, onboarding and leadership enablement, while building scalable playbooks and reporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR with M&A integration or change management experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering change-management or culture-integration programs in a deal context.
• Strong data proficiency with employee census and HRIS systems to identify trends and inform integration decisions.
• Experience designing onboarding programs and delivering leadership onboarding post-close.
• Experience designing and acting on employee pulse surveys during organizational change.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and alignment in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to present complex integration insights clearly to senior leadership.
• Ability to partner with communications and cross-functional teams to align messaging and action.
• Solid program-management fundamentals; independently manage timelines, tracking, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead EX change management strategies for deals, including onboarding and post-onboarding monitoring.
• Assess cultural gaps and build bridging programs to ease transition for acquired employees and leaders.
• Facilitate onboarding and enablement activities; guide managers through organizational change.
• Design and act on employee pulse surveys during change; translate signals into interventions.
• Partner with leaders to align integration plans with org structure and culture.
• Align EX change initiatives with the broader communications strategy.
• Coordinate across Legal, Finance, HRBPs, and business leaders to keep EX integration on track.
• Independently manage workstream mechanics and prepare executive status reports.
• Develop and track integration metrics and pulse signals.
• Build external standards and industry benchmarks to refine EX M&A playbooks.
