Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience preferred.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large‑scale enterprise initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors for delivery.
• Develop stakeholder communications and governance records.
